Rules & Regulations

All clients, participants, and authorized parties are required to read and acknowledge the following rules and regulations prior to their first session.

General Conduct

1.

All participants must treat supervisors, staff, and other parties with respect at all times. Verbal abuse, threats, or intimidating behavior will result in immediate session termination.

2.

Participants must arrive on time. Sessions will begin and end at the scheduled times regardless of late arrival. Late arrivals will not receive extended session time.

3.

No alcohol, illegal substances, or controlled substances (without valid prescription) are permitted at any session. Participants who appear impaired will be denied entry and the session will be terminated.

4.

Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited at all session locations.

Supervisor Authority

1.

The assigned supervisor has full authority to redirect, pause, or terminate a session at any time if the safety or well-being of any participant is at risk.

2.

Supervisor decisions during a session are final. Disputes regarding supervisor conduct must be submitted in writing to Summit Supervision administration within 72 hours of the session.

3.

Participants may not attempt to coach, instruct, or interfere with the supervisor's documentation or reporting duties.

Child Safety & Interaction

1.

The physical and emotional safety of any child involved is the highest priority. Any interaction deemed harmful, inappropriate, or distressing to a child will result in immediate session termination.

2.

Participants may not discuss court proceedings, custody arrangements, or legal matters with a child during a session.

3.

Participants may not attempt to elicit statements from a child for use in legal proceedings.

4.

Gift-giving during sessions must be pre-approved by the supervisor and, where applicable, the custodial parent or court order.

Confidentiality & Documentation

1.

All session reports are confidential and will only be shared with parties authorized by the court order or written consent agreement.

2.

Audio or video recording of sessions by participants is strictly prohibited unless expressly authorized by court order.

3.

Summit Supervision maintains records of all sessions for a minimum of five years in compliance with applicable regulations.

Cancellations & No-Shows

1.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations within 48 hours of the scheduled session will forfeit the session fee.

2.

A no-show (failure to appear without notice) will be documented and reported to the relevant court or case manager as required.

3.

Three or more no-shows within a 90-day period may result in suspension of services pending review.

Compliance & Consequences

1.

Violations of these rules will be documented in the session report and may be reported to the court, attorneys, or case managers as required.

2.

Summit Supervision reserves the right to suspend or terminate services for any participant who repeatedly violates these rules or poses a risk to the safety of others.

3.

By booking a session, all participants acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agree to abide by these rules and regulations.
